With over 31 million passengers annually, Vienna Airport is a central transportation hub in Europe. Particularly in purchasing, the manual effort required to create tender documents was enormous—time-consuming, error-prone, and not very standardized.

The Solution: Dox42 & Microsoft Power Automate

Together with dox42 and the Microsoft Power Platform, we have developed a solution that:

✅ Controls approval processes, versioning, and distribution via Power Automate
✅ Designs templates intuitively in Microsoft Word with dox42 – without any programming
✅ Ensures a uniform, professional appearance
