Together with ORS/SimpliTV, we successfully implemented the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service – and in an exceptionally short project period of only 3 weeks. The successful GoLive was celebrated as part of a team evening with dinner and bowling. This GoLive party not only marked the completion of an intensive MVP project, but also the beginning of a modern service process landscape based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Service.

The migration included the transfer of the existing Oracle Service environment to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Thanks to the close cooperation between ORS/SimpliTV, primeone, the GoLive was realized in record time. Jörg Konwalinka (Microsoft) subsequently confirmed that successful migrations of this speed are rare in the Dynamics environment.

Special thanks to Wolfgang Zodl and Martin Fuchsbichler from ORS/SimpliTV for their close cooperation and the joint creation of the reference video (see below). The migration impressively demonstrates how goal-oriented and efficient projects can be implemented in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.

The project also demonstrated an extraordinary commitment internally: Our colleagues even postponed planned vacations for the smooth GoLive in order to enable the migration at this speed. This commitment underlines our agile working methods and our claim to implement projects at the highest quality level.
