Then the API responds mercilessly with an <strong>error<\/strong> and keeps us waiting. <\/p><p>In this tutorial, we will show you how to add a <strong>&#8220;chill-out&#8221; step<\/strong> to your integration in just a few steps using a little <strong>logic<\/strong> and the <strong>Wait Activity<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7b9dd92 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7b9dd92\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The scenario<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b612cd0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b612cd0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px\">A database provides us with the latest leads via REST API as a JSON array<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px\">We transfer these leads to our CRM, but the CRM&#8217;s REST API only allows the creation of one data record per call<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px\">We use a ForEach loop and work through the individual leads in order<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px\">The CRM has an API limit of 100 calls per 5 minutes. In our case, this is 100 calls.
