This was precisely the aim of the project that we were able to present this year at the <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sharepointeurope.com\/events\/best-practices-and-success-stories-document-automation-with-d365-power-platform\/\">European Power Platform Conference (EPPC)<\/a> together with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cubido.at\/\">ACP cubido<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Starting Point: Increasing Efficiency in Purchasing<\/h5>\n\n<p>With over 31 million passengers annually, Vienna Airport is a central transportation hub in Europe. Particularly in purchasing, the manual effort required to create tender documents was enormous\u2014time-consuming, error-prone, and not very standardized. <\/p>\n\n<h5>The Solution: Dox42 &amp; Microsoft Power Automate<\/h5>\n\n<p>Together with <strong>dox42<\/strong> and the <strong>Microsoft Power Platform<\/strong>, we have developed a solution that:<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2705 Automatically creates tender documents based on central data<br>\u2705 Controls approval processes, versioning, and distribution via Power Automate<br>\u2705 Designs templates intuitively in Microsoft Word with dox42 \u2013 without any programming<br>\u2705 Ensures a uniform, professional appearance<\/p>\n\n<p>The result: <strong>From several days to just a few hours<\/strong> \u2013 creation is faster, more consistent, and of higher quality.
