The implementation process began with a detailed <strong>analysis of the current situation<\/strong> and the creation of a <strong>requirements and functional specification<\/strong>. By involving employees extensively from the outset, E. Hartner was able to ensure that the CRM solution was optimally tailored to the needs of the users.<\/p>\n<p>We took on the role of a <strong>guide<\/strong> during the project and provided support in the areas of <strong>process analysis<\/strong>, <strong>concept creation<\/strong>, <strong>customizing<\/strong>, <strong>development<\/strong>, <strong>training<\/strong> and <strong>project management<\/strong>. After just <strong>3 months<\/strong>, E. Hartner was able to take the first steps in using CRM independently.
