Mainova AG<\/strong>, a leading energy supply company based in Frankfurt, was faced with the major challenge of optimizing project collaboration<\/strong> and documentation<\/strong> for its important coal replacement project at HKW West<\/strong>. The project is extremely complex and involves many different players, including internal departments and external partners as well as contractors. In this context, it was crucial to simplify the exchange of information<\/strong>, minimize delays and ensure a high level of transparency in the processes.
