In addition to expanding and customizing <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Hub<\/strong>, we integrated <strong>dox42<\/strong> to automate the entire quotation process and create individualized quotations quickly and efficiently. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Dynamics 365 Sales Hub<\/strong> served as a central platform for recording and managing customer data and for tracking leads and opportunities. A particular focus was on expanding the customer database and mapping the entire sales process - from lead generation to project development and follow-up projects. Through integration with <strong>Microsoft Office 365<\/strong>, in particular Outlook, we were able to ensure seamless synchronization and data updates in real time.  <\/p>\n<p>The introduction of <strong>dox42<\/strong> made it possible to fully <strong>automate the quotation process<\/strong>. Not only were standard offers created more efficiently, but also individual offers tailored to customer needs. Thanks to the seamless integration of dox42 into Dynamics 365 Sales Hub, the relevant data could be automatically transferred to the quotation templates and generated at the touch of a button. One promising approach is the integration of <strong>Dynamics 365 Customer Insights<\/strong>. This solution makes it possible to combine customer data from various sources and gain deeper insights into customer behavior and needs.  <\/p>\n<p>By using <strong>Dynamics 365 Customer Insights<\/strong>, ACP Cubido will be able to develop targeted marketing campaigns based on accurate data and analytics. This will not only improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing, but also create personalized experiences for customers.
